I have also reinstalled PhpStorm about 4 times now always making sure to clear all settings and everything but it doesnt help.Įdit: I tried this with PhpStorm 2017.1, 2017.3 Down below you can find two logs of my last startup, first one is with plugins enabled, second one is without plugins.
